Communicating With Large Groups of People

While my boss is away I've been given the task of recruiting leaders for the upcoming school holidays.

There's about 120 of them. That's a pretty tiny amount considering I used to disseminate information to around eighty thousand young girls. However, the method of communication is different and it makes a huge difference.

I'm currently using "telephone" technology and, despite what telemarketing companies would like to believe, it's a really bad way of communicating with masses of people. I guess that's why spamvertising got so big so quickly.
